How are we different from other clinics?

Our philosophy is rooted in quality care, patient-centered design, and a smart application of technology. In order to deliver the best preventive medicine, acute care, and chronic condition management, we provide our board-certified medical professionals the time and tools to make the best decisions for your health. Each of our general practitioners places a strong emphasis on fostering patient-provider relationships based on trust and mutual understanding, taking the time to get to know you and your unique health story. Our providers want to understand how your history and lifestyle impact your overall well-being, and they’ll collaborate with you to customize a plan that fits your life and helps you achieve your goals. We aim to be your long-term health care advocates, partnering with you to manage your health issues and navigate complex medical decisions. By using diagnostic tests appropriately and avoiding overdiagnosis or unnecessary prescriptions, we empower you to make positive changes in your health and your life with newfound knowledge, awareness, support, and guidance. We stay by your side every step of the way, making sure you understand how to continue your progress once you leave the office. And since our providers see fewer patients than typical primary care providers each day, they will have more time to spend with you, ensuring that all your concerns are addressed. Above all else, we treat you as a whole person, not just a collection of symptoms. We take all aspects of your health and lifestyle into consideration, and care for you in a holistic manner that helps you restore and maintain optimal health. We’ll continue to add more services as we grow in order to offer the most comprehensive, effective care possible.

Online and Virtual services at Cape Valley

As part of our mission to provide health care designed around you, Cape Valley offers a number of online services to simplify your life: Online Appointment Booking — Fit the doctor’s visit into your schedule, not the other way around. For both routine visits and urgent needs, it’s easy to find a time that works for you. You can also reschedule or cancel appointments at your convenience. Prescription Renewals and Specialist Referrals — Save time (and money) by avoiding unnecessary appointments. Often, you don’t need a doctor’s visit to renew a prescription or to request a referral. Spare yourself a needless follow-up visit by submitting these requests electronically. Just request the form via email. Travel Services — Get properly vaccinated and enjoy your trip abroad. Request and fill out the Pre-travel form for our medical team to review, and we’ll let you know which vaccines you’ll need. Then, drop by our office during lab hours for your vaccinations. Email Your Doctor — Keep in touch after your visit. The end of your appointment isn’t the end of the relationship. Access your provider by email with follow-up questions and requests for medical advice.

Does Cape Valley offer Pediatrics?

Cape Valley offers Pediatric Services (Newborn - 17 years old). Please call us to find out if we have a Pediatric office located near you. Depending on the age of your child, we may have other care options available to you. Our Family Medicine doctors see patients age 14 and up, and our Internal Medicine doctors see patients age 18 and up.

What is the Refund policy?

In the event a patient is owed a refund due to an overpayment, that refund will be returned to the patient by crediting the original credit card, credited towards their next office visit, or, a check via mail. Please note, we will not be able to issue a paper check until mid-March 2025. In the meantime, we are happy to issue an ACH to their bank account if they are due a refund. The most common reason that we owe you a refund is that your insurance company adjusted the amount they paid for a claim after you paid for the services. It’s also possible that you overpaid a copay or accidentally paid a bill twice.
